The story of Zacchaeus is told in Luke's gospel in the New Testament. It tells of a small man who was eager to see the man called Jesus who was visiting the town one day. There were crowds of people, so in order to get a better view, Zacchaeus climbed a tree. As he was passing Jesus looked up and saw him and invited himself to Zacchaeus' house.
We hope that on visiting the Zacchaeus Tree Café people will have a better view of Jesus. Whilst the Café is open visitors have the option of spending time in the quiet of the church or the prayer room.
We serve drinks, cakes and lunches including soup, wraps, paninis and jacket potatoes. We look forward to seeing you soon!
